• What kind of commitment and turn around can I expect?
I provide a fast turnaround in as little as 2 week your photos are online for viewing, and 4-6 weeks later you will receive your proofs on DVD. The industry standard turn around time is about 2-3 months and some studios can take as long as 10 months! I am always very accessible and responsive to your needs

• How will I view the photos?
Photos are available for viewing online within 2-4 weeks and can be ordered at that time. Albums because of the design, print, and bind process take a bit longer (1-2 months after the order is placed). Within 6-8 weeks a DVD will be sent with the files in full resolution JPEG format.

• Do you provide proof prints?
Digital photography workflows have changed the way photographers show clients their photos. I do all proofing online, however, as part of my package deals I provide clients with a set of prints. This way you get the best of both worlds!

• Are you the person who will photograph my wedding?
Absolutely. I will always be present for the entire duration of the event.

• Will you bring an assistant with you to my wedding?
I typically work alone, but an additional photographer is available upon request for an additional fee. Working in tandem to capture multiple angles makes for a more interesting and varied set of images.

• How do you typically dress for weddings?
I dress in attire appropriate to your wedding, whether that is formal or casual. Typically dark slacks and a nice dress shirt that doesn't stand out. I can wear a suit on request, but may opt to not wear a jack for maximum flexibility while shooting (which requires a lot of crouching, arm raising, and movement).

• Do you have a studio that I can visit?
I do not have a studio that you can visit. This allows me to keep my costs down, which translate into savings for you. In this era of digital work flow I am able to communicate via email and the web very effectively.

• What type of equipment do you use?
I use professional grade Nikon Digital Single-Lens Reflex system with digital-specific lens technology. I use full-frame FX technology which is the highest professional grade photography technology currently available. I use professional quality flash to achieve the absolute best images. Images are captured in RAW format offering maximum flexibility for light exposure. All images are captured in the industry standard 2:3 35mm orientation.

• What is your payment policy?
A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required at the time of signing to hold the date. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the wedding, unless arranged otherwise ahead of time.

• What is your cancellation policy?
The security deposit is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, the client is liable for the full amount. This is to protect the photographer's business since 30 days is too short notice to find another client for that weekend.

• Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If for some reason I am unable to fulfill my end of the contract you will be appropriately refunded. Details are specified further in the contract.
